The problem
You’ve pasted the same link into chat five times this week.
Browser extension
Available for every major browser
Save any page in a keystroke, search every link from the toolbar, and turn your New Tab into your boards.
The part that’s different
One board. Everyone’s on it.
Whether they remember to add it or not.
Required boards
Push a board to a person or a whole group and they can’t remove it. Sharing everywhere else is opt-in — you send a collection and hope it gets used.
Real permissions
View, edit, or share-on, per person or per group. View-only stays view-only in the app and the extension alike.
Structured offboarding
Someone leaves: revoke access once, keep every link they collected, reassign their boards to whoever takes over. With single sign-on (Google, Microsoft, OIDC), switching off their company account switches off Linksley too.
How it works
Save it in one keystroke. Find it on every new tab.
⌘D on any page drops it onto a board. No new app to open, nothing pasted into a doc — it’s there for the team before you’ve closed the tab.
Every new tab opens on your boards, searchable and editable in place. On Business it carries your logo, not ours.
Find it again
You saved it. You just can’t remember
what it was called.
Linksley writes a short description of each page you save — what it is, who it’s for, when you’d reach for it. So you can search for “the thing for invoicing clients abroad” and get it, without remembering a single word of its name.
Search what it was about
Describe the page instead of naming it. Titles still win, so nothing you already knew how to find gets harder.
Runs on our own hardware
Summaries are written by our own model on our own machines. Your pages are never sent to an outside AI provider — not to build a summary, and not as a fallback.
Off unless you want it
Your workspace chooses: nothing at all, only the description a page already publishes about itself, or the full page. Change it whenever you like.
Nobody gets left off
It works best if everyone is on it.
When a seat costs real money, people start rationing them — the bookkeeper doesn’t get one, the contractor doesn’t get one, and the boards quietly stop being complete. So Business is priced to sit below the point where adding someone is a decision anyone stops to make. Add the intern. Add the agency. Add whoever needs the link.
No member cap
Business has no ceiling on how many people you add.
Nothing behind a higher tier
Roles, required boards, white-label and analytics are all in Business — there is no Enterprise upsell.
Leavers cost you nothing
Revoke access, keep their links, drop the seat. No cleanup.
Who it’s for
One product, your use case
The links your company runs on
Tools, docs, and dashboards on shared boards with real permissions, and every new tab opens on them. New hires get an onboarding board on day one; admins see what’s actually used and restore anything anyone deletes.
Most of the value is recovery from two failures: the pinned message that sank under four thousand others, and the spreadsheet with one permission for forty links. A board has a fixed address and a role attached, so the contractor sees the two links they need and the new hire sees the forty they should. When someone leaves you revoke access once, and nothing walks out with them.
Every link your team needs, one click away.
Start free on one board. Bring the team when you’re ready — boards, roles and all.
