Everything Linksley does
Shared boards are the easy part.
Deciding who sees what is the rest.
The first four are the ones we built this for, and the reason teams move. The rest is what you'd expect, done properly.
Control
Push a board. They can’t remove it.
Ordinary sharing is opt-in — someone sends a collection and hopes it gets used. An admin here pushes a board to a person or a whole group, and it stays.
- New hire opens a browser tab and their required boards are already there.
- Roles per person or per group: view, edit, or share-on.
- View-only stays view-only in the app and the extension alike — not a UI hint, a rule.
- Lock a category so the links inside can’t be moved or deleted.
Offboarding
Someone leaves. The links stay.
Offboarding is where shared bookmarks quietly fail: the person goes, and so does everything they collected. Revoke access in one action and the company keeps every link.
- Access to every board revoked together, not board by board.
- Their links stay with the workspace — nothing to chase down.
- Reassign their boards to whoever takes over.
- Every deletion is recorded against a name, and recoverable.
The core loop
Save it in one keystroke. Find it in one box.
⌘D or Ctrl+D on any page drops it onto a board — no new app to open, nothing pasted into a doc. It's on the board for everyone before you've closed the tab.
- Right-click a link or a page to file it without leaving the site.
- Search titles, URLs, notes and checklist steps across every board you can see.
- Chrome, Edge, Brave, Firefox and Opera.
Where you already are
Your boards, on every new tab
The browser's new tab becomes your links — searchable, editable in place, and carrying your workspace's branding on the Business plan.
- Pick which board opens by default, or see them all.
- Edit links and categories right there; changes save instantly.
- Tab sessions live one keystroke away in the same window.
Boards that do more
Not every category is a list of links
A category can be a checklist that resets on a schedule, or a to-do list with real deadlines. The morning routine that clears at midnight, the SOP everyone follows, the queue that keeps its dates.
- Checklists reset daily, weekly or on any cadence you set — no cron, no stale ticks.
- To-dos carry deadlines and recurrence: every 2 weeks, every month, until a date.
- Ticking works everywhere the board renders, including the new tab.
Sharing outward
Publish a board as a real page
Any board can become a designed public page at your own address — nine themes, your logo, and a proper URL. It's how you hand a link collection to people who don't work here.
- linksley.com/@yourteam/onboarding — your handle, your slug.
- Open to anyone, password-protected, or gated behind a free account.
- Embed it in a blog post or a newsletter, and see which one sends traffic.
And the rest
Everything else, done properly
Search everything at once
One box across every board you can see — titles, URLs, notes and checklist steps. From the toolbar, the new tab, or the app.
Checklists and to-dos
A category can be a checklist that resets daily or weekly, or a to-do list with deadlines and recurrence. Same board, different job.
Tab sessions
Save a whole window as a named session and reopen it on any computer. Nine tabs of client work, closed and restored at zero memory cost.
Favorites
Star a link on any board and it lands in a Favorites board you arrange yourself. It's a reference — lose access to the original and the favorite goes with it.
Folders
Group boards in the sidebar once you have more than a screenful. One level, collapsible, workspace-wide.
Import what you already have
Browser bookmarks, Toby JSON, Raindrop and Pocket CSV. They land on a private board so nothing is published by accident.
Restore anything
Every deletion is recorded against a person and recoverable, or roll the whole workspace back a day.
Cloud backup
Laptop dies, browser reinstalls — your links live in your account and come back in one sign-in.
Click analytics
What gets clicked on a published page, what the team actually opens, and which post is sending traffic. Export the CSV.
Digital business card
Photo, role and every link that matters, as a page or a QR code. One tap saves you to their phone. Every plan, including Free.
Nine page themes
Any planPublish a board as a designed page: launcher, journey, storefront, link-in-bio and more.
White-label
BusinessYour logo and name across the app, the extension, every new tab your team opens and every page you publish.
Password or account gates
Any planA published page can be open to anyone, behind a password, or require a free account.
Embeddable widgets
Drop a board into a blog post or a newsletter — inline chip, call-to-action card, preview card, live board, or an email block that survives Outlook.
