Two tools well beats nine badly
Assist → research → meet → make
Most people collect AI subscriptions and use one. Pick a main assistant, add a research tool that cites sources, and stop — everything else is a feature that will arrive in those two within a year. The last group is the one nobody reads and everybody needs: what not to paste in.
- Never paste customer data, credentials or anything under NDA
- Check whether your plan trains on your inputs — the free ones often do
- Company account, not personal, so access ends with employment
- Anything client-facing gets read by a human before it leaves
- Cite the source when the AI found it — you are still accountable for it
- Written policy your team has actually read, not a Slack message from March

Teams and professionals putting AI into daily work
Chosen for work rather than for novelty: things that save an hour a week and do not create a compliance problem. If you only take one thing, take the rules list — it is the part that gets people in trouble.
