Image, video, voice and music generators that are actually usable — plus the licensing question nobody asks first.

The output is the easy part. The licence is not.

Image → video → voice → the paperwork

Generative tools have converged fast enough that the quality difference between the leaders is smaller than the difference between a good prompt and a lazy one. What has not converged is the commercial terms. Before you put anything generated into a client deliverable, read the last group. Ownership, training rights and disclosure vary wildly between these tools and change without much announcement.

0/6
  • Commercial use permitted on the plan you are actually on, not the top tier
  • You own the output, or the licence covers the use you intend
  • No recognisable person or trademark generated without permission
  • Voice cloning consent obtained in writing from the person cloned
  • Client told it is AI-generated where their policy or the law requires it
  • Source files kept — you may need to prove how it was made
